Property Management Services
Raskin Real State Inc. manages over 100 properties in the San Francisco area, including single homes, flats, apartments and commercial properties. We take the headaches out of the day-to-day time consuming issues of owning property. Please note that our monthly fees are tax deductible. In addition, with available rent raises and our tenant communication skills, you will actually be saving money and avoiding a lot of unnecessary stress.

We constantly are able to provide Owner's with approximate valuations at no cost. Our proven ability to secure and converse with quality Tenants. We receive many referrals from our current Tenant profile.
Sales Services
Raskin Real Estate, Inc. sells properties for their clients on a professional experienced basis. We can loan funds to an Owner (if needed) handle all necessary fix up and present the property for a desirable price. All in an extremely efficient easy way for the Seller.

How it works:
In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.
Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
